THE PROBLEM
Year ago in Nigeria, we have lots of companies that are employing people after school e.g DSD, Nigeria Dragging, Nigeria steal Company, NPA, Panapina, T&E, Total Motor, Banks, Oil companies but today almost all of these companies are either not working or have left the the country.
Many graduates from our institutions unemployed.
Nigeria year ago (1960 ) you don't have to wait until you graduate before you get your employment letter and car companies will give you their car to test drive and see if you like it, so you can start payment instrumentally but Nigeria today, No letter, No testing of car to buy because, times has changed, the industrial and technology age, has made many to loss their Jobs, because machines are now doing the work of ten to twenty people.
The rate at which graduate are released from our Universities, Polytechnics, College of Education and others into the society is in the increasing and the data are shocking, the question is who will employ them? when there are no companies.
Today the Job of ten teachers, can be done by one person using the internet and website.
today people no longer go to class in some countries, they take lecture at home. Currently you can do self banking, making bankers to loss their Jobs.
The Governor of Delta State Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa have this to say during a youth conference tagged: even a professor needs a skill. Sabificate ( skill) is more important than Certificate.
With sabificate which means following your passion or skill is more important than certificate theoretical learning. He advice Youth to focus on their passion and go into entrepreneurship to build a better future. If a professor needs a skill, it's means everyone needs a skill.

Empower Africa Project. entrepreneurship programs reach students in and out of the classroom, giving them the opportunities to start and run businesses and to become familiar with the realities of being business owners.
Financial Literacy: Empower Africa Project expands young people’s ability to manage their personal finances smartly and effectively. Starting as young as age seven, programs begin to introduce young children to essential concepts like earning, saving, spending, banking. Program complexity mature and become more sophisticated as students advance in their academic careers and are able to understand more.
